Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Badr Al Din (ranked 625 p4p, 858 weight class) and Corey Smith Jr (ranked 81 p4p, 118 weight class). Al Din comes to the cage accompanied by RUNNING BACK. The crowd seem to be enjoying Smith Jr's choice of entrance music: You Will Know My Name. The crowd giving both fighters a great reception on their way into the arena. That's good to see.

It looked like Al Din was trying to counter with a body shot coming off that last attack from Smith Jr.
Al Din dips down and scores with a jab to the body.

Smith Jr does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy.

Al Din lands a powerful looking uppercut that connected with his opponent's jaw.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Smith Jr comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.

Smith Jr throws a front kick that sends Al Din stumbling back into the cage.

It looks like Al Din has been trying to sharpen up his punching technique, as it looks crisper than last time we saw him.

Smith Jr is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.

Smith Jr throws a low kick but it's checked well by Al Din.

We are yet to see a takedown attempt from Smith Jr in the fight. On paper you would think he is the more dominant ground fighter so let's see if these unusual tactics pay off.

Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Al Din lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Smith Jr has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Smith Jr and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.

Smith Jr drops his hands momentarily and Al Din takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head.

OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action. So, we enter the final round. Let's see if either fighter can bring us a finish, or whether we're going to the judges scorecards.

Al Din throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Smith Jr stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
Al Din throws a feint and then finishes with a kick to the body.

Both these guys seem content to just stand up and trade with eachother but Smith Jr might want to think about changing up his gameplan a bit because over the course of the fight, Al Din has got the better of the exchanges.
