Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Baeddan MacAuliffe (ranked 3499 p4p, 308 weight class) and Zibi Kaufer (ranked 3546 p4p, 314 weight class). MacAuliffe comes to the cage accompanied by Notorious by Duran Duran. Baeddan MacAuliffe has a significant reach advantage - let's see if he can make it count.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Zibi Kaufer!
The judges for this bout are Chris Downing, George Francis and Frank Dennis.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
MacAuliffe scores with a jab to the body.
MacAuliffe rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Kaufer moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Baeddan MacAuliffe seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
A punch combination from MacAuliffe misses.
Kaufer fails with an attempt to clinch.

MacAuliffe shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Kaufer's guard.

Kaufer manages to escape and get back to his feet.

Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

Kaufer is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.
Kaufer is doing well to control the position and prevent MacAuliffe from advancing to side control.

Kaufer has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. MacAuliffe is working away from the top position though.
Kaufer really doesn't want to stay on the ground with MacAuliffe. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
MacAuliffe takes a deep breath and rests his weight momentarily on top of his opponent, to control the position.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

MacAuliffe has hold of the far side arm. He's working for the Kimura, can Kaufer defend it? MacAuliffe steps over the head and cranks it - Kaufer is tapping out! That was textbook stuff right there - nice submission victory for MacAuliffe!
