Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Ferly Husar (ranked 5535 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mohammed Samir (ranked 3124 p4p, 0 weight class). I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Mohammed Samir was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

The judges for this bout are David Hoff, Daniel Franklin and Michael Johnstone.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Husar takes one to the chin there.
Samir cracks Husar with a good jab.
Samir moves into range and throws a lovely three punch combination.
Some wild striking there from Samir.
Samir pushes forward with a 1-2 combination that forces Husar back to the cage. Samir follows up with a solid lead hook to the liver.
Husar is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.
Samir lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Samir lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Husar circles away quickly and effectively.
Samir throws a series of punches but Husar moves out of range.
Husar tries to counter with a takedown but Samir is quick to defend against it.
Samir scores with a jab. Husar acknowledges it with a nod of the head.
Samir misses with a two punch combination.
Husar changes levels looking for a counter takedown but doesn't commit.
Samir scores with a crisp jab that stopped Husar in his tracks.
A swing and a miss from Samir.
Husar drops down looking for a counter takedown but Samir sprawls and moves away.
Samir tries to bum rush Husar with a series of wild strikes but Husar uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Husar walks into a stiff left hand from Samir.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Samir throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Husar.
Samir slips in close and lands a nice hook before moving back out of range.
Samir throws a right and a left that both miss.
Husar feinted with a counter takedown.
Samir looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.
Samir works over Husar's head and body with a nice combination.

Samir cracks Husar with a hook to the temple - Husar is on wobbly legs here! Samir swarms him with hook after hook, landing with each one! Husar falls to the canvas face first and the referee dives in to stop the fight! Samir wins by TKO!
