Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Trevor Lahey (ranked 5150 p4p, 455 weight class) and James Reginald (ranked 5270 p4p, 460 weight class). Trevor Lahey has the edge in experience - let's see if he can make that count tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 3 - 5 - 1, fighting out of Montreal, Trevor Lahey!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, James Reginald!
The judges for this bout are Illya Tyunina, Viktor Lagutenko and Konstantin Menshow.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lahey cracks the inside of Reginald's front leg.
A head kick from Lahey lands but Reginald takes it in his stride.
Lahey lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Reginald circles away quickly and effectively.
Lahey misses with an attempted mid kick.
Lahey with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Reginald to score with a decent uppercut.
Reginald lands a powerful looking uppercut that connected with his opponent's jaw.
Lahey swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Reginald counters with a nice body shot.
Reginald lands a jab, followed by a cross and another cross, as Lahey backs up against the cage.
Lahey shoots in looking for a takedown. Reginald tries to sprawl out of it but Lahey keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Reginald manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.

Lahey feints and as Reginald raises his hands in defense, Lahey changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.

Well Reginald has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
