Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Vito Mazzini (ranked 2018 p4p, 255 weight class) and Max Slaughter (ranked 4531 p4p, 0 weight class). Mazzini's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, Fade To Black. Slaughter has chosen Bring your Daughter to the Slaughter - Iron Maiden as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. The crowd giving both fighters a great reception on their way into the arena. That's good to see.

Mazzini feints and as Slaughter raises his hands in defense, Mazzini changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.

Slaughter is staying cool under pressure, defending well against the rear naked choke attempt from his opponent.
Slaughter really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Mazzini. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Slaughter is in a world of trouble here. He's outmatched on the ground here and he'd better get Mazzini off his back sharpish unless he wants to be submitted.
I really don't envy Slaughter right now.

Mazzini is looking to cinch up a triangle. Slaughter throws the leg off to one side though and gets in tight to Mazzini's body to avoid the submission. Mazzini has instead reached around Slaughter's neck and now has a guillotine! Oh, this is biiiig trouble! Mazzini arches his back and squeezes and forces the tap from his hapless opponent.
