Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Rubin Vinjak (ranked 4565 p4p, 0 weight class) and Camron Jones (ranked 6162 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters will be looking to make this an exciting fight for the fans, I'm sure!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Some wild striking there from Jones.
Vinjak shoots in but no luck this time.
Jones takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.

Jones clinches up with Vinjak and pushes him back against the cage.

Jones pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.

Jones fakes with the hands and throws a leg kick but Vinjak is out of range.

Jones will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Jones cracks Vinjak with a right hand to the side of the head.
Vinjak tries to clinch but Jones is having none of it.
Horrible takedown attempt by Vinjak or perhaps it was just good defense by Jones, which made it look bad.
Vinjak tries to score a power double leg takedown but Jones sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Vinjak somewhat.
Vinjak closes this distance looking for a takedown but Jones circles away.

Camron Jones showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Jones cracks Vinjak with a big right hand but Vinjak just smiles back at him and invites him to have another go.

Vinjak gets tackled into the cage by Jones. Jones maintains the clinch.
Vinjak wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Jones has him pressed against the cage.
Jones comes over the top with an elbow. That landed flush.
Vinjak tries to break free but Jones pushes him back against the cage.
Vinjak jumps guard but Jones stands there with Vinjak around his waist. Vinjak gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.

Vinjak shoots in for a double leg but Jones sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
Vinjak changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Jones tries to avoid it but Vinjak manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Jones to the ground. Jones escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Jones looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.

Jones closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Jones lands in his opponent's guard.
Vinjak is looking to stand up but Jones isn't so interested in that idea.

Vinjak lands a beautiful sweep and he's now moved into his opponent's guard.

Jones is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Vinjak defends well.
Camron Jones has got the better of the ground game so far.

Well Jones has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
