Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Pete ducks under a wild hook from Hammer.
As Hammer looks to move away, Pete throws a big counter combo but Hammer just gets out of the way.
Pete takes one to the chin there.
Hammer misses with a lunging right hand
and Pete counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
Hammer stuns Pete with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range.
Hammer listening to his corner there, landing a nice uppercut.
Hammer gets cracked with a nice right hand there by Pete .
Armand Hammer seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Hammer scores with a punch to the gut of his opponent.
Hammer takes one to the side of the head.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Hammer throws a lazy right hand but Pete sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Hammer rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and Pete counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
Hammer jabs Pete to the body, keeping him at a distance.
Hammer misses with an uppercut
and Pete cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
Hammer has done a lot of speed work in the buildup to this fight.
Some wild striking there from Pete .
Hammer takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.

That's one minute gone in the round.
A punch lands to the side of Pete 's head but he takes it in his stride.

Pete is rocked!
Pete moves out of range as Hammer strikes.
Oh Pete is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Pete gets clipped by a big right hand and goes down spinning to the canvas! Hammer gets the back mount and begins to drop bombs on his rocked foe! Pete is too out of it to defend against the strikes and the referee jumps in to save him from the beatdown!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:13 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Armand Hammer!
