The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Brown drives through and clinches with Big B against the cage.

Big B is working for takedown but Brown is calmly controlling the position for now.
Big B tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.

Brown is trying to escape the position but Big B is controlling the position.
We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Brown can do anything to dispel that myth.

Big B is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Brown is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.
Big B scores with a couple of nice shots to the head there. The referee takes a look at Brown to see if he's OK.
Brown felt the need to train up his defensive grappling in the buildup to the fight. Presumably he was expecting to be in a difficult position like this, so let's see if he can get out of it.
