The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
No luck with that takedown attempt from Zdravkov.
Mourani misses with a two punch combination.
Mourani scores with a three punch combo!

Zdravkov shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in side control! That's better than Zdravkov was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!
You can see the frustration on Mourani's face as Zdravkov controls the position.
Zdravkov is working Mourani over with some ground and pound from side control.

It looks like Samir Mourani has been cut.
Zdravkov grinds an elbow into Mourani's temple.
Mourani can't do much from the bottom here.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Zdravkov sitting in side control, looking to soften his opponent up with elbows and hammerfists but Mourani is avoiding damage well and looking to escape the position.
Zdravkov has improved his flexibility recently so we will have to see if he can use that to his advantage.

Zdravkov is working to tighten his grip on Mourani's neck. He's isolated an arm and is working for an arm triangle. Mourani has recognised the danger and is trying to turn with the submission but Zdravkov is really squeezing tight and eventually Mourani passes out! Zdravkov breaks the hold and jumps onto the cage to celebrate! Submission of the night, I'd say!
