The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Manners scores with a nice right hand.
Sahrahsahe ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Manners moves away.
Manners walks into a straight right hand from Sahrahsahe.

It looks like Matt Manners has been cut.
Manners moves in looking to clinch but Sahrahsahe pushes him off.
Manners throws a right hand that Sahrahsahe ducks under and follows up with a left that Sahrahsahe also avoids with ease.

Manners clinches up against the cage.
Manners tries to land a shot to the body but it's blocked.
Sahrahsahe lands a shoulder strike that jolts his opponent's head backwards.
Sahrahsahe struggles to land a body shot inside as Manners controls his hands.
Sahrahsahe lands a right uppercut that snaps the head of Manners backwards.
Manners's head jolts backwards as he takes an uppercut right on the button!
An uppercut to the body lands inside from Sahrahsahe.
Manners creates a bit of space for himself and sneaks an elbow through Sahrahsahe's defenses.
We've been hearing reports that Manners has been drilling takedowns in recent sessions so let's see if that has an impact on the result of this fight.

Sahrahsahe lands a hook that snaps the head of Manners backwards.
Sahrahsahe dodges an elbow strike from Manners.
Sahrahsahe lands a hook to the side of the head.
Sahrahsahe lands a nice looking hook to the body, against the cage.
Manners is breathing heavily.

Sahrahsahe breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Sahrahsahe throws a hook to the side of Manners's head but Manners sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Manners seemed to be looking to counter by closing the distance.

I'm just looking down at my notes here and I see that.... oh! Sahrahsahe has cracked Manners with a big right, followed by a left! He's out on his feet! Sahrahsahe lands another huge swinging hook and Manners tumbles to the canvas! The ref dives in to save Manners, before Sahrahsahe can land any more shots!
