Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Ryder Eipper (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Hugh Jorgan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Eipper kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is I Got A Feeling. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Hugh Jorgan!
The judges for this bout are Steve Erwin, John Mangel and Bruno Hogan.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Eipper is looking to clinch.
Eipper keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Jorgan.
Eipper is looking to clinch but Jorgan is avoiding it.

Jorgan fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Eipper, pushing him back against the cage.
Jorgan gets double underhooks to prevent a takedown attempt from Eipper.
Jorgan misses with a short punch on the inside.
Jorgan tries a shoulder strike but it doesn't do any damage.
With the two fighters working up against the cage, Jorgan just misses with a elbow thrown towards Eipper's brow.

Eipper breaks the clinch.

Jorgan scores with a nice takedown into half guard. Let's see what he's got on the ground.
The fighters are battling for position here. Eipper manages to regain full guard. Nice work.
Jorgan would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard.
Jorgan is looking to work some ground and pound but Eipper has wrist control.
Eipper lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for Jorgan!
Jorgan is not a happy chappy… he wants out of there.

Eipper lands an elbow that was bordering on illegal but the referee lets it go with a warning.
Eipper cracks Jorgan with a nasty head shot there - the crowd let out an audible gasp there, as the noise reverberated around the arena.
Jorgan is trying to escape the mount.
Jorgan tries to hold on but Eipper pushes him away.
Jorgan takes a big shot to the head but keeps on trying to improve his position.
The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Eipper cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!
Eipper tries to control but Jorgan wriggling away.
Jorgan wants to get back to his feet.

Eipper has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.

Eipper working for a submission here. He's tucked his head under his opponent's arm, looking for an arm triangle. He's hopped off into side control, looking to tighten the submission... is it going to work? He's given up a good position looking for it. Jorgan looks OK. Oh, I spoke too soon, he's out! That must have been tighter than I thought! Excellent work there by Eipper! Submission of the night perhaps?
