PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Alejandro Torres (ranked 4653 p4p, 0 weight class) and Aiden Khan (ranked 4641 p4p, 0 weight class). Khan has chosen Simply the Best. as his entrance music. We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The judges for this bout are Steven Brown, Andrew Berry and James Atkins.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Khan is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.

Khan really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Torres. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Horrible takedown attempt by Torres or perhaps it was just good defense by Khan, which made it look bad.

Khan shuffles to his left behind two crisp jabs. Torres eats them both and turns towards Khan to reposition himself and eats a stinging right hand-left hook combo.
Torres looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Khan is fending him off so far but Torres persists. Nope, Khan circles away and we're back to standing.

The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Khan will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.

Khan stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Khan wants it to stay on the feet.
