PBP Commentary |
Coming up we have a featherweight kickboxing rules bout between Serious Dark (ranked 5102 p4p, 389 weight class) and Shin Tsu (ranked 23369 p4p, 470 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Dark might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Beat on the beat- The Ramones. Serious Dark could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Shin Tsu's chin.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
0 - 2 - 0, fighting out of New York, Serious Dark!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
1 - 6 - 0, fighting out of New York, Shin Tsu!
The judges for this bout are David Schapiro, Franklyn Lucas and Alyssa Summers.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
The fight stays on the outside here - Dark looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Tsu tries to move into range but Dark moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand.
Tsu throws an ugly left hook that misses
and Dark counters with a left to the body.
Tsu swings widly with a right hand
and Dark connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Tsu's corner calls for a 1-2. Tsu obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range.
Dark paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button.
Tsu is rocked!
Tsu walks into a straight right hand from Dark.
Tsu is still on wobbly legs! Can Dark finish him?
Dark lands a lovely overhand right.
Dark fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Tsu looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Tsu misses with a combination
and Dark counters with a lovely straight right hand!
Tsu misses with a jab to the body
and Dark counters with a big right hook, that lands right on the temple! Tsu goes down! Dark rushes to a neutral corner to get the count going quickly. This one's going to be close! 3,4,5,6,7... Tsu is up to one knee.... 8,9....10! He didn't make it! This fight is over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:57 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Punch). Serious Dark!
Serious Dark tried to hype himself up post fight but didn't word it too well and it ended up with him sounding like a bit of a tool.
