The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Foster tries to close the distance and clinch up against the ropes but Schallony paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Johnny Schallony seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Donk. Schallony catches Foster right on the button with a cross.
Foster tries to clinch up but Schallony circles away and keeps his distance.
Foster doesn't manage to clinch there - Schallony circles away.

Schallony throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Foster sees it coming and avoids it easily.

Schallony lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Foster circles away quickly and effectively.

Schallony throws a hook to the side of Foster's head but Foster sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Foster uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Schallony.

Foster has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Schallony finds it's way round the side to connect with Foster's head.

Schallony is really peppering his opponent's head with punches.
Foster wants to clinch up but Schallony keeps it at a distance.
Schallony misses with a lunging right hand
and Schallony takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
Schallony throws a shot from downtown. Foster moves away and avoids it.
Foster doesn't fully commit to the body shot counter.
Schallony connects with a hook to the side of his opponent's head.
Schallony thuds his right hand into Foster's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters.
Foster is rocked!
Foster walks straight into a perfectly timed right hook, crumpling him to the floor! Foster is in all kinds of trouble here - can he beat the count? 3,4,5,6,7,8,9....10 - he's out and it's by a long way too - he didn't ever look like beating that count!
