Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Zaid Al Balushi (ranked 3922 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jungle Simba (ranked 2274 p4p, 217 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Al Balushi connects with a leg kick. Simba looked like he was expecting something else and didn't defend it.
Zaid Al Balushi seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Al Balushi fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Simba.
Simba takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him.
We've been told by Al Balushi's head coaches at Tosen's Home for Lost Boys that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight.
Al Balushi connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there.

Simba gets cracked there but stands up to it.

With the fighters clinched against the cage, Al Balushi creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut.

Al Balushi lands a big uppercut and Simba crumbles to the floor! The ref thinks about stopping the fight but Simba looks OK. Al Balushi waves Simba back to his feet!
Simba is still on wobbly legs! Can Al Balushi finish him?
Simba is keeping his hands low and just asking to be knocked out. Al Balushi Raises his leg and lands a stunning axe kick! Simba is out cold, face down on the mat!
