Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Cyrius Python (ranked 2541 p4p, 258 weight class) and Proper Communist (ranked 1562 p4p, 179 weight class). Cyrius Python is staring across the cage at his opponent, tweaking his nipples... Tweaking his own nipples that is.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Communist is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Python.
A slapping leg kick lands for Communist.
Communist clobbers Python with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.
Python throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Communist.
Communist throws a big counter head kick but Python avoids it with no problem.
Python shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Communist as he avoids it easily.

Python fails to land the takedown.
Python tries for a takedown but Communist circles away easily
and Communist connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Cyrius Python. That's going to take a lot out of him.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
The fight stays on the outside here - Python looks like he's thinking about clinching though.

Communist gets to his feet. Python looking to butt scoot but the ref puts an end to that. On your feet son!
Proper Communist is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Python goes for a double leg but Communist avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Communist continues to drive forward.
Communist tries to counter with a clinch but Python shakes him off and moves away.
Communist connects with a high kick.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Python shoots in but Communist avoids the takedown attempt easily.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Communist connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Python momentarily.
Communist lands a powerful looking uppercut that connected with his opponent's jaw.

and Communist counters with a massive hook, right on the button! He's out cold! Damn, that was naaaaaasty! Hopefully he'll be OK.

A very excited looking Proper Communist rambled incoherently for about 5 minutes post fight about how awesome he is. It was kinda funny for a while but then everyone got annoyed.
