PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Octavius Magnus (ranked 4646 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ingolf Ulfriksson (ranked 4687 p4p, 0 weight class). Ulfriksson comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Hvem Er Hun kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ulfriksson throws a body kick that misses.
A jab from Magnus does it's job there.
Ulfriksson ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
Ulfriksson wants to counter the offense by Magnus and move into the clinch position.
Magnus throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Ulfriksson sees it coming and avoids it easily.
Ulfriksson takes one to the side of the head.
Magnus swats away the attempt to clinch by Ulfriksson.
Ulfriksson on the wrong end of a decent looking cross there.
Magnus loads up on a big right hand but Ulfriksson slips the punch.
Magnus cracks Ulfriksson with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.

Ulfriksson is still on wobbly legs! Can Magnus finish him?

It looks like Octavius Magnus has been cut.
Ulfriksson misses with a body kick.
Ulfriksson swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Ulfriksson seems to have recovered his senses.
Ulfriksson pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Wow, both these guys are really going for it!
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Magnus drops Ulfriksson with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Ulfriksson looks back up at him and smiles so Magnus waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.
Magnus wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.
Magnus knocks out Ulfriksson with a massive right hand! The ref tackles Magnus before he can follow up with any more strikes and that's it everyone. Magnus picks up the big W with a huge KO!
