The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
McGee tries to grapple but his opponent circles
and Zane counters with a straight right hand.
McGee avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
A slow jab from Zane misses its intended target.
McGee moves out of range as Zane strikes.
McGee staying out of range there.
Zane scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business.
Zane throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
McGee misses with a takedown attempt
and Zane counters with a straight punch to the midsection.
McGee has his takedown stuffed
and Zane counters with a straight right hand.
Nice cross by Zane.
Zane looks to land a left hand but McGee moved out of range nicely.
Zane cracks McGee with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Zane lunges in with an uppercut that skims his opponent's chin.
Zane pushing out the jab but it's not landing.
McGee drops down looking to force a counter takedown but Zane defends it well.

That's one minute gone in the round.
McGee defending well as Zane loads up on a big left hand.
Zane displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from McGee.
Cooper Zane has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Dylan McGee.
McGee takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him.
Zane thuds a left hand into McGee's body.
Zane dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Zane comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.
McGee shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
and Zane counters with a nice uppercut.
McGee looks winded!
McGee with a poor takedown
and Zane counters with a huge left! McGee is in big trouble! He's backing up but Zane isn't giving him chance to recover. Under a barage of punches the ref has to step in to save McGee from any more damage. A dominating finish by Zane!
