Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Ari Gold!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 3 - 0, fighting out of London, Pudsey Bear!
The judges for this bout are Colin Fotheringham, James Ackerman and Paul Tew.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Horrible takedown by Gold or perhaps it was just good defense by Bear which made him look bad.
Nice sprawl there from Bear as Gold shoots in.

Bear closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.

The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.
Gold looking to hit a scissor sweep but Bear is one step ahead there.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Gold is scoring with some nice ground and pound from the dominant position.
Gold lands a big shot. The thud that echoes around the arena is like music to the fans' ears.

Gold working over Bear with some ground and pound. Bear looks like he wants out of this position, which is understandable.
Gold not landing any meaningful shots this time.
Bear is looking to improve his position.

Bear has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Gold is working away from the top position though.
Bear has hold of Gold's hands but Gold slips his arm to the side and lands an elbow.
Gold has freed up his trapped foot and advances to mount.

It looks like Pudsey Bear has been cut.
Gold controlling the pace for now.

Gold goes for an armbar but he's not got it… Bear turns into him and now he's in Gold's guard.
Gold tries to land a sweep but no joy.

Gold trying to keep a closed guard but Bear is proving a slippery customer.
Bear missing there with some ground and pound from the guard.
Gold is looking to sweep but instead, Bear has passed into half guard.
Neither fighter is being very active at the moment, with Bear in particular looking to stall.

Gold moves his hips nicely and gets into full guard.

The cut man is working on Pudsey Bear's cut.
That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business. Let's hear some noise people - this is the final round!


Bear ducks right into an uppercut from Gold.

Gold instigates a clinch.
Gold has Bear pressed up against the cage and is working for takedown. Bear manages to improve position though and keeps the fight standing.
Gold gets double underhooks to prevent a takedown attempt from Bear.

Gold is fighting off a takedown attempt but Bear is just too persistent for him and manages to trip Gold to the mat. Gold regains guard as soon as the fighters hit the mat.

Gold thows some rabbit punches from the bottom but they don't do any damage.
Bear wants to control from the top but Gold keeps moving.
Gold is doing well to control the posture of his opponent and prevent any damage.
Bear takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired.

Bear trying to control but Gold is working from the bottom.
Gold lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for Bear!
Gold lands with some vicious ground and pound - can Bear hang on?


Bear is rocked!

Gold is working close to his opponent, looking to work a submission by the looks of things. Oh, he's managed to get a guillotine from mount as his opponent reached up! That looks tiiiiight! Will he tap? YES, he's tapped! Impressive submission by Gold!
