Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Brett Heart (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and you die (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
die is on the wrong end of a nice combination from Heart.
die pushes Heart up against the cage in a clinch.
Heart tries to break the clinch but die is controlling the position.
Heart wants to break the clinch but can't.
Heart is working hard here but doesn't seem to be able to control effectively, up against the cage.

die tries to pull guard but Heart holds him up against the cage and eventually die drops back down to his feet.

Heart explodes with a nice body kick and back out of range. Nice work.

die avoids a guillotine attempt easily.

die trying to control the position from guard on top but Heart is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.

Heart working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. die doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. die manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.

A nice leg kick lands there from Heart.
die closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
die looking for an arm triangle but it's way too loose to do anything.

die laying and praying for a moment but Heart takes advantage and regains half guard.

die is keen to just control but Heart is a slippery customer.
die wants to advance to full mount but Heart doesn't think that's going to happen and regains full guard instead.

die stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Heart swivels though and keeps the full guard.

The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action.
Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.
Heart scores with a slapping inside leg kick.
die takes a nice looking leg kick right on the meat of his thigh there.
die will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
Heart tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Heart swats away the attempt to clinch by die.
Heart scores with a head kick.
Good leg kick by Heart there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.
Heart tries to close the distance and clinch but die swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.

Heart keeps die at a distance using the push kick.

Heart lands with a slapping head kick.

A head kick from Heart lands but die takes it in his stride.
Heart feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to die's calf.
A nice inside leg kick there by Heart. That's going to slow die down.
Heart tries to close the distance and clinch up but die swats him away and circles back towards the center.

and die counters with a nice single leg takedown and he's in Heart's guard now.
Heart is trying to keep die in close.
Heart is working an open guard so die takes the opportunity to get back to his feet.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Heart lands with a two punch combination before moving back out of range.
Heart is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
die tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Heart swivels and escapes.

The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action. This is the final round!
Heart's corner calls for a 1,2 combination and Heart duly obliges.

Heart gets caught flat footed, as die shoots in with a quick takedown into guard.

Heart throws a couple of shots from the bottom but they don't land.
die thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.
Heart is actively looking for submissions from his back. He's worked himself a little space on the bottom and seems to be going for a triangle. No, he's switched into an armbar! That was slick! die rolls with it to try and escape but Heart cranks on the arm and die is forced to tap out! This one is aaaaaaaaall over!
