Yomama's entrance music is Wu Tang Clan - Shame On A Nigga. A fine choice. SWAGGER comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Crawl/ Kings of Leon kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! MAX SWAGGER is staring across the cage at his opponent, tweaking his nipples.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
SWAGGER checks a leg kick.
SWAGGER misses with a few strikes there.
Imgonna Yomama seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
A head kick misses from SWAGGER.
Yomama throws a left and a right that both miss
and SWAGGER counters with a lovely straight right hand!
SWAGGER fails with a takedown attempt from distance.
SWAGGER misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Yomama tries to clinch but SWAGGER moves out of range.
Yomama connects with a crisp jab.
SWAGGER changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Yomama tries to avoid it but SWAGGER manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Yomama to the ground. Yomama escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

and SWAGGER cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
SWAGGER throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.

and SWAGGER counters with a kick to the head that grazes his opponent. Yomama is lucky that one didn't land flush.

Yomama knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for SWAGGER on the ground.

Yomama manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. SWAGGER manages to get himself to full guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.

and SWAGGER counters with a one-two to the body.
Yomama throws an overhand right that lands on SWAGGER's shoulder, as SWAGGER tries to avoid the shot.

SWAGGER goes for a high kick. It partially lands.
SWAGGER shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Yomama as he jumps to the side.

SWAGGER is breathing heavily.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
SWAGGER is pressing down on Yomama's thigh, looking to free his foot. Yomama is holding on for now.

SWAGGER has decided to stand back up but his arm is trapped. Whilst he's worrying about his arm, Yomama works to full guard.

SWAGGER is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.
SWAGGER can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Yomama controls the pace.
SWAGGER is looking to stand up but Yomama isn't so interested in that idea.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, SWAGGER cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!
