No joy there for Supermies, who threw a few shots but didn't land.

Supermies tries a counter takedown but it's more of a dummy move, and he uses it to push himself away.
Stapleton throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.

Stapleton sees an opening and throws a straight punch right through Supermies's defenses. It connects perfectly with Supermies's jaw and knocks him out cold! Wow - that's a contender for knockout of the year - absolutely brutal!

Supermies throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Supermies misses with a head kick.
Supermies throws an overhand right that lands on Templar's shoulder, as Templar tries to avoid the shot.
Supermies throws a lazy head kick
and Templar counters with a good, hard body kick but Supermies shrugs it off.
Templar scores with a nice right hand.
Templar on the wrong end of a kick to the body.
Templar lands a beauty of a right hand that gets the crowd cheering.
Templar moves into range and connects with a jab.
Templar scores with a crisp jab that stopped Supermies in his tracks.
Templar gets his head snapped back by a nice shot there.
Templar bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut.
Templar has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
