Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 18 wins, 6 losses and 0 draws, fighting out of Amsterdam, Coco Cobb!
And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 10 wins, 4 losses and 0 draws, fighting out of Helsinki, Cranium Basher!
The judges for this bout are Wagner Zegers, Radbod Blank and Daniel Blasius.



The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Basher checks the leg kick nicely there.

Basher closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Cobb to the mat! Cobb manages to get full guard.
Basher is looking to work some ground and pound but Cobb has wrist control.
Basher postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Basher sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Cobb's guard.

Basher has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Cobb can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

Basher shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Cobb but Cobb pushes him off and we're back to square one.

Both fighters circling a little - Cobb finishes the exchange with a kick to the body.

That was a close fourth round but I would say that Coco Cobb will probably get the nod.

Brookins tries to land a front kick but Basher steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed.

Basher shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Brookins as he jumps to the side.
Brookins goes for a double leg but Basher avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Basher continues to drive forward.

Brookins throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.

Brookins escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Basher gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

Basher pushes down on Brookins's leg and manages to get into half guard.
Brookins is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.
Basher is thwarting Brookins's attempts to control the position.
