We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Hotline takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.
Valkyrie lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Valkyrie uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Hotline has time to react.

Valkyrie ducks down into range and throws a picture perfect right hook that connects with Hotline's jaw. Hotline's eyes stare off into space as he falls to the mat, out cold! Valkyrie does the decent thing and steps back, rather than landing any shots to his unconscious opponent.

and Valkyrie counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.

Honda uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Valkyrie.
Conner Valkyrie seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Valkyrie looks to land a left hand but Honda moved out of range nicely.
Honda closes this distance looking for a takedown but Valkyrie circles away.
Honda shoots in and drives through. Valkyrie sprawls well.

Honda tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Honda has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!
Honda remains in side control and seems content to stay there. It's a versatile position from which he can work both strikes and submissions, whilst maintaining that control, so maybe he'll sit here for a while. #T3#
Honda is looking to take a break and control but Valkyrie is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
