That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Rhys Crowder.

That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Crowder crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Stevenson - the referee stops the clock and Crowder gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Stevenson. Crowder manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.

Monk tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Crowder manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Monk tries to move into range but Crowder moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand.#CUT#
It looks like William Monk has been cut.
Monk throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
It looked like Crowder was trying to counter with a body shot coming off that last attack from Monk.

Crowder thuds his right hand into Monk's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters.
