Gledhill shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in side control! That's better than Gledhill was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!

The referee has stepped in and called for a break in the action. We'll restart on the feet.
Diaz tries to close the distance and clinch up but Gledhill swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Diaz shoots in for a takedown but Gledhill shows good takedown defense.
Gledhill takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him.
Diaz ducks down and throws a hook to the body.
Diaz's corner calls for a 1-2. Diaz obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range.
Diaz on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those.
Gledhill will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.

Well I reckon that's a shut out for Diaz, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
