Raine is looking to clinch but McClane is avoiding it.
A punch combination from McClane misses.
Raine shoots in looking for a takedown. McClane tries to sprawl out of it but Raine keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. McClane manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Nice takedown defense from McClane. No joy for Raine on that attempt.
John McClane seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
A jab from McClane misses.
Raine let fly with a counter punch to the body but it didn't land.
A jab lands there for McClane.
Raine looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
John McClane has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Aldo Raine.
Raine's hands are dropping dangerously low here and McClane connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Raine scrambles back to his feet.
McClane keeps the fight on the outside.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Raine tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Raine avoids a punch combination nicely.
McClane feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Raines jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist!#T1#
McClane displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Raine.
Raine scores with a one two! McClane had his feet all tangled up there and couldn't avoid the strikes.
McClane scores with a jab.
McClane with a nice cross.
Raine takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.
McClane throws a body shot but no joy.
Raine now looks to counter with a shot at the body.
John McClane is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
McClane stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.
Raine ducks under a wild hook from McClane.
Raine feints the counter takedown.
Raine dives in for a single leg takedown but McClane sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the cage.
Raine fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
McClane digs a good hook to Raine's body.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Raine moves out of range as McClane strikes.
Raine takes a shot to the nose. Hopefully that hasn't broken it. #T2#
Raine shoots for a double leg takedown but McClane sprawls well. He's pushed Raine's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Raine looks winded!
McClane lunges at Raine with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by Raine's hand. #ROC#
Raine is rocked!
McClane is really head hunting here, hardly looking to strike to the body at all.
I'm just looking down at my notes here and I see that.... oh! McClane has cracked Raine with a big right, followed by a left! He's out on his feet! McClane lands another huge swinging hook and Raine tumbles to the canvas! The ref dives in to save Raine, before McClane can land any more shots!
