Clugan has dropped down and is looking to force the takedown but it's defended by Rodgers after a bit of a struggle.
Clugan tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Rodgers just stands there and leans against the cage.
Clugan tries to score a body lock takedown but Rodgers shows good agility there to stay on his feet.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Grego Clugan. That's going to take a lot out of him.

Lil Nog dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Clugan shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Lil Nog as he avoids it easily.
Clugan is sent reeling backwards by a solid uppercut. He barely regains his balance and Lil Nog moves in for the kill throwing a continuous barrage of punches that force the ref to step in.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:09 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Jejomar Lil Nog!
