Head shoots in looking for a takedown. Klitschko tries to sprawl out of it but Head keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Klitschko manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing. #TD2#
Klitschko is looking for a takedown here. He's shot in and has managed to get it, finishing up in Head's half guard.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
Klitschko is taking a breather. Head says something to him but it's hard to make out. Perhaps he's telling him to get on with it and actually do something.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Let's hope that Klitschko has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight.

Head tries to get to his feet but Coleman is just battering him from every conceivable angle. The ref decides that Head is in need of a savior and steps in!
