Well, if Timbrook is going to just lie there, perhaps we should talk about what we're having for dinner tonight… I'm having a ham and pineapple pizza… Yum. Can't wait.
Timbrook wants to stand but Embamba has hold of a leg and an arm, so he's trapped for now.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

A little jabbing left from Embamba on the counter but it doesn't find it's target.

Embamba tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Timbrook smiles and moves away.

Embamba is fighting off a takedown attempt but Timbrook is just too persistent for him and manages to trip Embamba to the mat. Embamba regains guard as soon as the fighters hit the mat.#ES2#
