Nice sprawl there from Parkin as Gunner shoots in.
Parkin fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Gunner.#TD2#

Gunner is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Parkin knows the correct defense though, so he's OK.
Parkin wants to control but Gunner postures up.

Lombarge lands a heavy shot. That's hurt Gunner! Lombarge sees the opportunity and turns up the heat - strike after strike land to the defenseless Gunner and the ref dives in to save him! This one is all over!

Dippe closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage.
Gunner is working for a takedown up against the cage. He can't get it on this occasion though.
Gunner goes for a takedown attempt but Dippe pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.
Dippe fails in his attempt to clinch.
Gunner fails to land the takedown.
Alexander Dippe has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Tommy Gunner.
Gunner shoots in for a takedown but Dippe shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.#CL#

Gunner feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.
Gunner tries to free his leg and advance position but Farrell is retaining full guard. #SUB#
Farrell looking for a guillotine here but Gunner defends easily.

Gunner drops back looking for a leg! Farrell is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Farrell manages to kick Gunner off! Gunner jumps back into Farrell's guard.

Gunner is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Farrell is just riding it out for now. Gunner eventually gives up the hold.
