Jack is trying to trip Bailey. He has hold of a leg but Bailey is hopping around, keeping his balance for the moment. Jack persists though and gets the takedown into guard.
Bailey has momentary wrist control but Jack slips an elbow through the middle.
Jack landing with the ground and pound.
Jack postures up from his opponent's guard, before exploding into some vicious ground and pound! Bailey covers up, he's hurt! Jack keeps throwing the strikes, glancing at the referee... Will he stop it?? One more big shot from Jack and the ref steps in to end the fight! Jack can't hide his delight as he celebrates with his corner.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Turner really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Jack. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Fanning drives through and clinches with Jack against the cage.
An uppercut on the inside fails to land for Jack.
Jack changes levels and goes for a takedown here. Fanning fights it off and pushes away nicely.

Fanning has recognised the danger and is trying to turn with the submission but Jack is really squeezing tight and eventually Fanning passes out! Jack breaks the hold and jumps onto the cage to celebrate! Submission of the night, I'd say!
