Some wild striking there from Nio.
Nio misses with a double jab.
Nio lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by Nio.
Nio lands a head kick. Hoang Minh smiles back at him and beckons him forward.
Nio defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Hoang Minh.
Hoang Minh lands three nice shots there - that looked like it hurt!
Hoang Minh shoots in looking for a takedown. Nio tries to sprawl out of it but Hoang Minh keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Nio manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Nio tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Hoang Minh avoids the head kick by Nio.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Hoang Minh dives in for a single leg takedown but Nio sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the cage.
Nummer Nio has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Nguyen Hoang Minh.#T1#

Nio looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
Nio lands an uppercut out of nowhere! Hoang Minh falls backwards - clearly groggy! Nio dives in and finishes the fight with more strikes for a TKO finish!
