Shepherd's coach down at Arvins Bootcamp was telling us pre-fight that they have been working on Shepherd's balance. Obviously they view that as a key factor in the outcome of this fight.
Duncan throws a jab but it's blocked by Shepherd.
Duncan fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Shepherd keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Duncan.
Duncan changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Shepherd tries to avoid it but Duncan manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Shepherd to the ground. Shepherd escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
