Swetnam throws a quick counter head kick but Hoogenkamp was just out of range.

A quick step to the side and Name tries to counter with a shot to the body but it doesn't connect.
Nice shot lands for Name.

Name takes a swing at Swetnam's ribcage but misses.
Swetnam throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
A head kick misses from Swetnam.
Elliot Swetnam seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Swetnam scores with a nice body kick.
Swetnam connects with a looping right hand.
Swetnam lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by Swetnam.
Swetnam takes one on the button.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Name swings for the body but Swetnam moves out of range.

Swetnam is looking to clinch but Name is avoiding it.

Name fakes a right and follows up with a big left that drops Swetnam to one knee - oooooh, he's wobbly! Swetnam looks to clinch but Name throws him off and pummels him into the canvas! Swetnam taps out under the strikes! The fight is over!

Vang takes a shot to the head.

It looks like Truman Vang has been cut.
Vang wants to take the fight to the mat but Swetnam manages to get underhooks and keep the fight in the clinch.
Swetnam lands an elbow just above Vang 's eye.
Vang has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Swetnam is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet.
Swetnam scores with a nice hook to the head.
Vang is looking for a takedown up against the cage. Swetnam gets underhooks though and prevents the takedown attempt.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Truman Vang. That's going to take a lot out of him.#BC2#
