Khan doesn't succeed with the takedown
and Menezes counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
Khan shoots and misses
and Menezes counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Khan fails with the takedown
and Menezes counters with a lovely shot to the body.
Gabriel Menezes has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Shaka Khan.#CL#
Menezes fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Khan, pushing him back against the cage.
Khan drops to a knee looking for a takedown but Menezes gets the underhooks and prevents it.
Khan looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.
Menezes is pressed up against the cage. Khan has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Menezes down to the mat. Menezes avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Menezes definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.
Menezes circles and sees the opportunity to plant his feet and throw a really nice straight left hand that drops Khan to the canvas! Khan doesn't know where he is but he's trying to survive - Menezes keeps piling on the pressure and forces the referee to step in! This one is aaaaaall over!

Khan shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Let's see what he's got on the mat.
Pollard is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move. #REVR##SUB#
Pollard is working for submissions here but there's nothing on.
Khan wants to control but Pollard is keeping busy.

Khan is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.

Pollard knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Khan on the ground.
