Conor feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.#ES2#
LobaLoba has scooted to the edge of the canvas and used the cage to get back to his feet. Conor has stuck on his opponent and is forcing him back against the cage.
LobaLoba tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Conor just stands there and leans against the cage.
Conor has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. LobaLoba is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet.

With the fighters clinched against the cage, LobaLoba creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut.
LobaLoba lands a body punch - he's looking to wear down Conor.
Conor changes levels and goes for a takedown here. LobaLoba fights it off and pushes away nicely.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Mcgregor Conor. That's going to take a lot out of him.

LobaLoba has his foot on Conor's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Conor works his way back into a safe position though.
Conor wants to control from the top but LobaLoba keeps moving.
Conor is going to have to think about doing something other than just controlling because LobaLoba is managing to avoid having the position dictated to him.
