Franco leaves his chin hanging out and Jones seizes the opportunity with an uppercut! Franco crumbles to the floor in a heap! The referee steps in and tends to the downed fighter! What a knockout!

As Jones tries to get set, Humbert tries to push him back and clinch up but Jones manages to avoid the attempt.

Jones fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Humbert on the side of the head.
Jones swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Humbert drops down looking for a counter takedown but Jones sprawls and moves away.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Jones wants to get back to his feet but in bucking up he's left an arm hanging out! Humbert has locked onto it and has pulled off a slick armbar! Jones taps furiously! This one is all over!

Jones takes a swing at Bates's ribcage but misses.
Jones fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Bates looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.
Jones slips a jab and a cross from Bates.
Nice straight punches there by Bates. You know Roy Jones Jr respects the hands of Bates.
Jones throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Bates uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Jones.

Bates bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.

With the fighters clinched against the cage, Jones creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut.

A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.
Bates has hold of a leg and is looking for a trip takedown. Jones avoids it nicely though and we remain in the clinch.
Kent Jones has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Micheal Bates.
The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.

Bates's coach down at Arvins Bootcamp was telling us pre-fight that they have been working on Bates's balance. Obviously they view that as a key factor in the outcome of this fight.

Bates drops to a knee looking for a takedown but Jones gets the underhooks and prevents it.

A close round but Micheal Bates will probably get the nod.

Jones is looking to wear down Bates with body shots, infact he's throwing more body shots than head shots at the moment.
Jones scores with a shot to the body.
Bates is still on wobbly legs! Can Jones finish him?
Micheal Bates is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.
BOOM! Jones lands a beautiful left hook that drops Bates. Bates tries to recover but Jones is having none of it, landing more punishing shots from mount. One final crushing shot and Bates lies motionless on the canvas. The fight is over!

Jones gets in close and instigates a clinch.
Bello looks exhausted already! Oh dear, he should have come in in better shape than this!
Bello jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Jones walks away with a smile on his face. Bello gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.
Jones scores with a nice one two combo and darts back out of range to avoid anything coming in the opposite direction. #CUT2#
It looks like Greg Bello has been cut.
Bello takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch.#KD2#
Jones cracks Bello with a big right hand that sends him to the floor! Bello looks wobbly but he's sprung back up to his feet straight away… can Jones finish him? #ROC2#

Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Jones connects with a left and a right that sees a clearly hurt Bello covering up! Jones comes in with a big uppercut and Bello goes doooown! He's slumped up against the cage, eyes staring blankly into space.
