Brass swings wildly with a hook that is half blocked by Niel.
Niel throws a nice outside leg kick.
A good leg kick by Niel.
Niel throws a head kick that half lands.
A looping hook to the body misses from Brass. Niel does a little dance to reset his feet.
Niel swings away with a counter right hand but no contact made.
Brass falls off balance throwing a combination
and Niel counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.#TD#
Brass shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Niel napping and manages to drive through into side control!#ES2#
Niel explodes and escapes back to his feet! Nice escape there!
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Brass tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Niel throws a nice inside leg kick.
Brass cracks Niel with a nice right hand that draws applause from the crowd.
Brass shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Niel pinned against the cage. Niel gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Niel stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.
Brass takes a nasty kick to the mid section... That should keep him thinking. Does he try and block and risk a head kick landing?

Brass will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
Brass moves out of the way of the counter high kick fromNiel.
Niel thuds a mid kick into his opponent's body. That will wear on Brass if he has to take too many more of those.
Niel connects nicely with a jab. Noted by the judges no doubt.
Brass tries to clinch there but Niel circles away.
Niel feints a jab promting Brass to slip. Niel then demonstrates his capabilities by jabbing again. Brass slips again and ducks right into an uppercut.

John Niel is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Niel moves away from the strike by Brass.
Brass looks to score with a jab to the body but Niel is just out of range.
Niel connects with a high kick.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Brass shoots in but Niel avoids the takedown attempt easily.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Billy Brass. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Brass throws a lazy uppercut
and Niel makes him pay by landing a thudding low kick.
Crunch! Niel slams his shin into Brass's torso.
Brass is breathing heavily.
Brass takes a nice looking leg kick right on the meat of his thigh there.
Brass throws an ugly left hook that misses

Niel lands a jab and follows it up with a massive straight that knocks Brass out cold! Brass is crumpled in the corner, his head only propped up by the cage! That's one for the organiziational promos right there! Wow, what a finish!
