Younger isolates an arm and boxes in a triangle. Cormel stacks Younger on his neck as he steps over and passes to the side. He's now in a much more dominant position where he can look to do some serious damage. Nice move by Cormel!
Cormel wants to lay and pray for a moment but Younger keeps working.

A relieved looking Dabbart Younger thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.

Hale has managed to pull guard. Let's see whether he can work an aggressive guard. It will also be interesting to see what tactics Younger uses from the top position.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
Hale trying to keep a closed guard but Younger is proving a slippery customer.

Hale is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.
