Rush comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.
Rush throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Gracie sees it coming and avoids it easily.
Gracie has his takedown stuffed
and Gracie takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
Rush misses with an uppercut. Gracie saw that one coming.
Gracie tries to counter by moving into the clinch but Rush manages to circle out of the way.
The fighters circle momentarily. Rush darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.
Rush has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.
Gracie misses with a telegraphed body shot
and Rush counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Gracie moves to clinch but Rush breaks away
and Rush counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Rush scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Gracie doesn't seem bothered though.
Gracie tries to grapple but his opponent circles

Gracie isolates an arm and boxes in a triangle. Rush stacks Gracie on his neck as he steps over and passes to the side. He's now in a much more dominant position where he can look to do some serious damage. Nice move by Rush!

Gracie shoots in looking for a takedown but Rush manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Gracie's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.
Rush has been the more effective fighter overall so far.

Gracie manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Rush on his heels. He'll look to pass Rush's guard now, I'm sure.

Rush creates a bit of space for himself and rocks Gracie with a big uppercut! Gracie tries to clinch up but Rush pushes him back against the cage and lands another monster strike that crumples Gracie to the mat! Gracie covers up and Rush unloads with more strikes until the referee steps in to end the bout!

After winning the bout, Al Rush thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.

Gracie tries to clinch up but Meiueder circles away and keeps his distance.
Meiueder swats away the attempt to clinch by Gracie.
Gracie steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Meiueder.
Gracie misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
A countering left hand to the body from Meiueder misses.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Gracie moves in looking to clinch but Meiueder pushes him off.
Meiueder throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Gracie half commits to a counter takedown before pushing away, out of range.
Gracie takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him.#T1#
Gracie shoots in for a double leg but Meiueder sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
Meiueder throws an overhand right that lands on Gracie's shoulder, as Gracie tries to avoid the shot.

Gracie fails in his attempt to clinch.
A little jabbing left from Meiueder on the counter but it doesn't find it's target.
Gracie tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Meiueder swivels and escapes.
As Gracie backs off Meiueder throws a huge counter combo but Gracie manages to avoid it all.

Plomeros connects with a body shot that sends Gracie's belly button to the back.
Gracie tries to clinch but Plomeros is having none of it.
Plomeros lands a lovely overhand right.
Plomeros looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.
Gracie takes a body punch but keeps moving.
Plomeros misses with a double jab #TD#
and Gracie counters with a single leg into guard. Plomeros didn't expect that.

Gracie tries to land knees in the clinch but Porto avoids the damage to the body.
Porto is pushing Gracie up against the cage, for a bit of lean and pray action. Action being used the in the loosest possible sense of the word.
Gracie tries to pull guard but Porto forces him back to his feet, against the cage.
The fighters are pressed against the cage, as the pace of the fight slows.
Gracie's head jolts backwards as he takes an uppercut right on the button!
Porto digs a right hand into Gracie's ribs. Those have got to be taking their toll on Gracie's gas tank.
Gracie has been working on his balance at Aspire Acαdemy CT, so perhaps that has help him stuff some of the takedown attempts by Porto.
