Nemitz tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Boon paws at him with a jab and circles away.

Nemitz wants to clinch but Boon slips to the side
and Boon counters with a left and a right that stings Nemitz.
Boon lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Nemitz at a distance.
Nemitz misses with a takedown attempt - Boon sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.

Nemitz takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.

Boon pushes forward with a 1-2 combination that forces Nemitz back to the cage. Boon follows up with a solid lead hook to the liver.

Boon lands with a two punch combination before moving back out of range.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Nemitz is trying hard to land a takedown here. Boon sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.
Boon bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Nemitz's head.
Nemitz has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Nemitz there as he acknowledges the shot.
Nemitz shoots in looking for a takedown but Boon manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Nemitz's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.
