Gregg throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Frank has been working on his striking defense in training and it's paying off as Gregg is landing a low percentage of strikes.
Frank shoots in but no luck this time.
Gregg scores with a shot to the body.
Gregg seems to be moving with more speed, compared to his last bout. He must have been working on that in the gym.
Frank dives in and grabs Gregg's left leg, looking for a takedown. Gregg pushes down on Frank's head and hops out.
Frank dives in for a single leg takedown but Gregg sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the cage.
Otis Gregg has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Altidari Frank.
Gregg throws a body shot but no joy.
Frank looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Gregg is fending him off so far but Frank persists. Nope, Gregg circles away and we're back to standing.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Frank goes for a double leg but Gregg avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Gregg continues to drive forward.

Gregg slips in close and lands a nice hook before moving back out of range.

Gregg feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Frank sprawling to the canvas! Frank rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Gregg finish him?!
Frank takes a body punch but keeps moving.
Gregg jabs Frank to the body, keeping him at a distance.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Frank gets caught by a big overhand right and goes down! Gregg gets on top of him and starts throwing some serious punches until the ref intervenes and stops the fight!
