Ler tries to push off, looking to stand up, but Takaziko manages to move to mount!

Ler is bucking up trying to escape but Takaziko cracks him with another couple of good strikes.
Ler might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.

In the post fight interviews he takes time to thank his parents and everyone who has believed in him from the start. How sweet.

Ler throws a head kick that misses #CL2#
and Takaziko moves into the clinch.
Ler is working for a takedown up against the cage. He can't get it on this occasion though.
Takaziko putting his Muay Thai to good use. He has Ler in a tight clinch and is doing some damage with knees to the body.
Ler tries to pull guard but Takaziko holds him up against the cage and eventually Ler drops back down to his feet. #BC2#
Takaziko manages to break the clinch. #CL2#
Takaziko instigates a clinch.
Ler tries to stall but Takaziko uses the opportunity to gain a better position. #BC2#
Takaziko's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Ler dives in and grabs Takaziko's left leg, looking for a takedown. Takaziko pushes down on Ler's head and hops out.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Prox Ler. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Takaziko misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Takaziko throws a series of punches but Ler avoids them all with ease.
Ler is looking to take this fight into the clinch.

Ler tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Takaziko paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Ler darts in looking for a takedown but Takaziko gets double underhooks and turns Ler into the cage.
Takaziko uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Ler. #TD2#
Takaziko throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Ler was covering up waiting for the punch and Takaziko finishes the takedown easily into guard.
Ler has momentary wrist control but Takaziko slips an elbow through the middle.

Takaziko's corner are shouting for him to control the position and he seems happy to oblige.
Takaziko postures up and lands some nice ground and pound.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.#SUB2#
Takaziko drops back for a leg here. A bit of a high risk move... He's looking for a kneebar by the looks of things. Now both of them are looking for submissions. Takaziko seems to have locked his on tight now - Ler screams in pain and taps out furiously! It certainly was a high risk move but it's paid off for Takaziko, as he picks up the win!

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Hopia lands a couple of decent looking shots.
Hopia postures up and lands some nice ground and pound.
Hopia distracts Ler with his right hand and drops a big elbow with his other arm.
Hopia is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions.
Hopia is in close to Ler's body, working some short punches and elbows.
Hopia seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up.
