Harvey felt the need to train up his defensive grappling in the buildup to the fight. Presumably he was expecting to be in a difficult position like this, so let's see if he can get out of it.
Pask landing with strikes to the body and head, softening up his opponent.

Oooooh!!! Kamealoha has knocked Harvey down with a huge combo! Kamealoha steps away and waves a wobbly Harvey back to his feet! This one might not go much longer!#CUT2#
It looks like Bubba Harvey has been cut.
Kamealoha batters Harvey with a massive right followed by a huge left! Harvey is out on his feet looking like a zombie as Kamealoha lands a final crushing right hand to drop Harvey to the mat with a gruesome thud! Kamealoha is running around like a mad man after that fight and for good reason!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:05 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Strikes). Akuma Kamealoha!

Harvey pushes Lang off and gets back to his feet.

Harvey fakes a strike and closes the distance, dragging Lang to the ground. Harvey is now in Lang's guard.
Harvey tries to free his leg and advance position but Lang is retaining full guard.
Lang thows some rabbit punches from the bottom but they don't do any damage.
Harvey chips away with some ground and pound.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Harvey wants to control from the top but Lang keeps moving.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Lang looking to hit a scissor sweep but Harvey is one step ahead there.
I've been told that Harvey has been drilling his wrestling of late, which has already helped him take this fight to the mat. Let's see how much of an impact it has on the outcome of the ground game.

Skaf connects with a good right hand that stumbles Harvey. Harvey circles away out of range and recomposes himself.
Skaf feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Harveys jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist!
Good standup being displayed there by Skaf as he connects with a hook.

Harvey drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard.
Skaf really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Harvey. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Abdel Rahman Skaf's cut is absolute horrible now. This looks like something out of a horror film with blood covering both fighters.
