Tham throws a sloppy head kick and Joe moves out of range easily.
Joe let fly with a counter punch to the body but it didn't land.
Tham sizes up Joe with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle.
Tham cracks Joe with a good jab.
Joe takes a shot to the nose. Hopefully that hasn't broken it.
Tham thuds his right hand into Joe's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters.#ROC#
Joe is rocked!
Joe switches off momentarily and Tham cracks him with a monster right hand! Joe topples backwards and makes a semi conscious attempt to cover up, as Tham dives in to land one more shot, before the referee has time to call the fight. What a finish by Tham!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:28 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Lam Hoa Tham!

Tham connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Joe momentarily.
Joe takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor.
Tham looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
Tham scoring well with a low kick there.
Good work by Joe as he checks the leg kick.
As Tham backs off Joe throws a huge counter combo but Tham manages to avoid it all.
Tham ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent.
Tham lands a pitter patter jab to the forehead of his opponent.
Tham clobbers Joe with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise. #KD#
Tham lands a big uppercut and Joe crumbles to the floor! The ref thinks about stopping the fight but Joe looks OK. Tham waves Joe back to his feet!#ROC#
Joe is rocked!
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Are you kidding me?! Tham ducked down and unloaded an uppercut from hell that sent Joe clean off his feet! Someone make me a GIF - that's knockout of the night for sure!

Tham misses with a body shot.
A nice side step and Joe releases a counter shot to the body, but it doesn't find it's home.
Tham connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe.
Tham scores with a jab to the body.
A good leg kick by Tham.
Tham is looking to clinch.
A little jabbing left from Joe on the counter but it doesn't find it's target.
Tham thumps Joe with a low kick.
Joe on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those.
Joe takes a jab right on the kisser.
Joe tries to move into range but Tham moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand.

This has been an exciting period of action!
Joe gets caught by a big overhand right and goes down! Tham gets on top of him and starts throwing some serious punches until the ref intervenes and stops the fight!
