and Berghen decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Sola's guard.
Sola wants to get back to his feet but Berghen passes into half guard. #REVB#

Berghen looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Oooooh, big shot lands for Berghen! Sola is hurt baaadly! Berghen is firing away with more strikes - Sola is covering up... the ref is warning him to do something. He's just covering up though still and the ref has to step in to end the fight! This one is all over!

Box swings for the body but Sola moves out of range.
Box wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.
Box misses with a hook.
Box with a jab.
Box throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Sola appears to be looking for a big counter.
Sola takes a body punch but keeps moving.
Box scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business.
Box closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so.
Box slips under a jab from Sola.
Sola moves out of range as Box strikes.
As Box tries to get set, Sola tries to push him back and clinch up but Box manages to avoid the attempt.
Box misses with a hook. Sola ducked under it nicely.
A head kick misses from Sola.
Box uses good footwork to get in and out, landing a nice hook.
This has been an exciting period of action!

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Box closes the distance and lands a vicious right hand that drops Sola! Box dives in looking to finish! Sola is still trying to defend himself but he's taking too many shots and the referee has no choice but to stop the fight!

After winning the bout, Jack Box thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.

Esquire with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Sola to score with a decent uppercut.#CUT2#
It looks like Jason Esquire has been cut.
Esquire takes one to the chin there.

and Sola makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range.
Sola uses good footwork to get in and out, landing a nice hook.
Esquire shoots in for a takedown but Sola shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.

and Sola counters with a huge left! Esquire is in big trouble! He's backing up but Sola isn't giving him chance to recover. Under a barage of punches the ref has to step in to save Esquire from any more damage. A dominating finish by Sola!

OConnor throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.

The fighters circle momentarily. Sola darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.

Sola lands a pitter patter jab to the forehead of his opponent.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.

and OConnor counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.

Sola fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches OConnor on the side of the head.
OConnor throws a looping overhand right but Sola ducks down to avoid it.

Sloppy strikes from OConnor. Those never looked like landing.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
OConnor lands hard precision jab right on the jaw that stiffens Sola up and sends him tumbling to the mat! The ref grabs OConnor from behind before he can pounce. Some folks in the crowd didn't like that stoppage, but I saw Sola's eyes roll way back in his head, he was done.
