A real battle for position is taking place between these two warriors.
Kirkland struggles to land a body shot inside as Gammon controls his hands.
Kirkland is pressed up against the cage. Gammon has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Kirkland down to the mat. Kirkland avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance.
Kirkland throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
