More is definitely looking for the counter takedowns here.

Wood moves in looking to clinch but More pushes him off.
Wood scores with a nice one two combo and darts back out of range to avoid anything coming in the opposite direction.
More shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Wood but Wood pushes him off and we're back to square one.
More is looking to clinch but Wood is avoiding it.
More misses with a double jab.
Wood darts in looking for a takedown but More gets double underhooks and turns Wood into the cage.
Wood lands a really nice looking cross but More seems unphased. #ROC#

BOOM! Wood lands a beautiful left hook that drops More. More tries to recover but Wood is having none of it, landing more punishing shots from mount. One final crushing shot and More lies motionless on the canvas. The fight is over!

In the red corner, competing out of Las Vegas, with a TWGC record of 0 wins and 0 losses; Morgan More! And in the blue corner, fighting out of Los Angeles, with a TWGC record of 2 wins and 3 losses; Karl Max!
The judges for this bout are Tiny Johnson, Cecil Peabody and Chris Downing.


The fighters bow as they face eachother in the middle of the mat and we are under way.
More swats away the attempt to clinch by Max.
Horrible takedown attempt by More or perhaps it was just good defense by Max, which made it look bad.
Max tries a counter takedown but it's more of a dummy move, and he uses it to push himself away.
More keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
No luck with that takedown attempt from More.

Max moves into the clinch successfully.

Max wants to control here, rather than go for any submissions from the bottom. At least for now.
More trying to control the position from guard on top but Max is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.

Max has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but More can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

Max has thrown up a leg looking for a triangle. More doesn't defend quickly enough and Max has managed to lock this one up! Can More escape?! NO! He's tapping out! Damn, that was a quick submission - congrats to Max on a fantastic submission victory.
