Nikolaiev wants to clinch.#TD2#
King dives in and scores a takedown into Nikolaiev's guard.
Nikolaiev wants to control the position but King says "no thanks buddy" and passes to half guard.
The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. King connects with a nice short shot to Nikolaiev's temple.
Nikolaiev tries to push off, looking to stand up, but King manages to move to mount!
King is still in mount, landing shots to his trapped opponent. Nikolaiev can't stay in a position like this for much longer.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

King looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Nikolaiev with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.

Nikolaiev manages to break the clinch.
Nikolaiev slaps away a takedown attempt from Hudson, before circling back to the center of the mat.
Hudson shoots in but no luck this time.
Nikolaiev lands a leg kick that knocks Hudson off balance momentarily.

Hudson takes a shot to the eye socket. That's gotta hurt.
Hudson could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.
Hudson takes a nice looking leg kick right on the meat of his thigh there.
Hudson moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross.
Hudson with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Nikolaiev to score with a decent uppercut.#CUT2#
It looks like Quinton Hudson has been cut.

Nikolaiev rushes Hudson and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.
Hudson keeps control of Nikolaiev as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks.

Hudson doesn't succeed with the takedown
and Nikolaiev counters with a beautiful right hand that knocks Hudson out cold! What a finish! Nikolaiev is going crazy, running around the mat, summersaulting off the corner posts and screaming into the cameras. Something tells me he's pretty happy!
